   Only if I really want to use /opt :   
      
   I have other software that works in conjunction with mbse and a stack of    
   others   
   that might have issues where mbse sits and yes I do NOT like using /opt as    
   that   
   can be trashed by distro updates - at least in my previous experiences.   
      
   More importantly as mbse runs as a specific user and all users work via /home   
   it would be silly if not possibly dangerous changing it.   
      
   My systems runs a large amount of differing systems some native and some not.   
      
   Thanks for your idea for getting around it and will take another look when    
   time   
   allows as I am up to my neck in programming multi projects that I am really   
   trying to complete soon-ish but some under tight time lines.
