   Do not use any distro with kde v4 stick to basic Gui's or Gnome at worse.   
   Why KDE uses very large resources in both Ram and CPU. Gnome is a lot less but   
   some of the more basic gui's are very frugal on ram/cpu which includes the   
   basic one that comes with the straight ubuntu.
