The code can be downloaded from the SourceForge website at       https://sourceforge.net/projects/mbsebbs/ or be FREQed from 1:320/219 and       1:320/319 using magic name MBSEBBS.              It will be hatched into the MBSE_BBS fileecho shortly.              This version adds an optional feature to force the tossing of netmail packets       in the insecure inbound.
