   All,

Been toying with MBSE for the past week and looked at it a bit before. It's
working out pretty nicely so far, but I did have a few questions:

Can I use ctrl-codes in prompts? How so? I tried doing one (^UY) and it didn't
seem to display what I wanted.

When I display a plain textfile, is there a directory in which those are
found, or do I always need to use the full path?

Anything I should know about setting up internet email? The same machine is
running a mail server with SMTP, IMAP and POP3 working.

Finally, is there any kind of 40-column, PETSCII, or other vintage computing
support? I'd like to make the system as friendly to vintage hardware as
   possible.

   Thanks!
