   Golded is a good editor, but it was not designed to be used as an external   
   editor like iceedit or editors like that from a BBS. It may be doable though if   
   you try. I wonder if you can pass the number of lines and colums to golded?   
      
   At one time I used joe with MBSE, it worked well but when a message was saved   
   there was some extras lines. I don't know if the cause of that was ever found   
   or if it was corrected.
