just that error that qico says bogus ipv4 is just a warning to log connect
ipv6 in xinetd, super duper more fidonet software does the job with ipv6

if you like to change prioity on ipv6 vs ipv4, search /etc/gai.conf

   its RFC 3484

when ping home.junc.org gives ipv6 first, then mbse will connect ipv6 if
hostname have it availble, if i remove the ipv6 you will just see ipv4, even
if gai.conf says you prefer ipv6

   this is how it works

    Regards Benny

... there can only be one way of life, and it works :)
