|    MBNNTP - Am I the only one?    |

Thunderbird/5.0       Hi MBSE Users,              I was wondering if I'm the only one who uses MBSE NNTP interface for        reading and posting?              I ask because I'm working on enhancements for it and adjusting some of        the outputs. I was toying with the idea of moving away from MBSE to        Husky - but found it terribly unstable and completely ugly. However,        the good thing that did come of it was my renewed interest in enhancing        the nntp interface to be useable for both Echomail, Local, and Netmail        messages.              I can already read Netmail (in addition to Echos), still trying to        untangle the post code blocks to do some extra interpretation on the        text. (ie. Accept a "To: line as the fist line of text to address to        message to a specific person -- go the idea from JAMNNTP, which btw,        crashes miserably when posting from my iPad; it doesn't translate UTF-8        usernames into ASCII, killing the JAM header file -- BUT! MBSE handles        this nicely without pain.)              Alas I ramble.              --- MBSE BBS v0.95.12 (GNU/Linux-x86_64)        * Origin: -=[ Space Station Alpha ]=- (1:266/420@fidonet)    |
