After what I self use is yo not mess something by mbsebbs is sending alert for
new user added and login, the only thing do to you is if you allow a user page
you. But if you have golded as external reader together with your mbse and
make have make 2-3 local bbs echos where one local bbs echo is named Hello
"new user write to Sysop" and another local echo named like localXXX "BBS User
   local Chat echo"
Then you ask new user to write to syso to let you know he/she like to be
upgraded to more access and normal user level.
You can in mbsebbs create user levels by from level 20 up to super level 32000
   for highest security level.
Security level 32000 is you own level with access to all mail and files.
But after you self have login first time is you to startup mbsetup and check
users by main setup choise 15 edit bbs users for be sure you have got right in
and then update your sysop levels.

     Take care,
               Gert
