   I ran "telnet localhost" in a terminal session in the guest OS (Linux); I   
   already have port 23 open for my XP VM (running PcBoard).   
      
   The guest OS has internet/intranet access; I just need to set a static IP on   
   the Linux guest and then open another telnet port on my router, I guess.
