   check that only_from in xinetd.conf is not make it listen only from localhost   
   :(   
      
   only_from should not be used in xinetd.conf but in all xinetd.d containers to   
   limit services that should not be exposed to public   
      
   this was my own fault before i got qico to work :)   
      
      
   add only_from = 0.0.0.0 to the above
