   Not using Hg but the Code repostory.   
      
   Problems resolved included reloading the missing files/directories along with   
   the amendments.   
      
   Changes made to:   
      
   mbmon.c      )  cosmetics and with   
   mbsetup.c    )   an updated url for the SF site   
      
   docs        New manual both for .pdf and LibreOffice source file.
