   Found it and I do have that set to yes  but still have a large number of files   
   with a 2002 date which I am guessing was the date I loaded the file DB which   
   for what ever reason did not use the original file date.   
      
   System could use some tools to help maintain and clean up these type of errors   
   in the DBs but I guess I can live without.
