   No worries. You had me re-reading the message a few times just to make sure I   
   realized what I was talking about. :)

   Yes, and I also realize it could get messed up in both directions. But I don't   
   feed anyone Fidonet yet, as my nets are pretty small, and RJ takes care of the   
   dialup nodes. I'm only basing my opinion on the fact that I receive mail both   
   ways, and I'm pretty sure my uplink has a connection to everyone in the   
   NAB/Star hubs, etc.  So the fact that sometimes I see it right, and sometimes I   
   don't, would mean there's a difference in where I get my mail from at times.   
   Which is fine, as long as I get it. :)

   Point taken. Basically _all_ mail goes through you, correct?   
      
   How does it go through the Star hubs then? Say if someone in zone 2 wanted to   
   get a netmail to me, and my uplink links through Ross. but they're linked   
   through Bob.. does Bob have that as passthru or something to get it to Ross?   
      
   I guess I'm just trying to figure out the purpose of the NAB here. I take it in   
   Fidonet's case, the ZC doesn't pass on to _all_ the RCs in the zone? You only   
   mail to a few select RCs (the Star hubs) to send to the rest of the RCs?
