   This is a bugfix release addressing a problem with handling CTRL-Z characters   
   in comment files.  We have also clarified the licensing of MakeNL; all MakeNL   
   code is licensed under the GNU General Public License Version 2.   
      
   All of these files will be available from the MakeNL website at    
   ttp://makenl.sourceforge.net shortly.
