R19C, Marc Lewis, has been trying to get makenl_ng v3.3.1 going using the   
   32Bit OS/2 version.  He had first sent me his own changed ctl file, I   
   corrected just a few things and sent it back for him to try because all he   
   could generate was a file named filename.$$$
