      Upper case names are an artifact of how they're distributed via the FDN,    
   I'm sure you're aware of.   
      
      Note, btw, that as part of making the debian source package available; a    
   source archive is also going to be available (at least at SourceForge) with    
   names like makenl_m.n.p.orig.tar.gz, where "m.n.p" is the major, minor, and    
   patch version numbers for the MakeNL source.
