All,   
      
      I've been thinking about migrating the existing MakeNL CVS repository to   
   something like SVN. For multiple reasons, including:   
      
   1) The new SourceForge project software (currently in beta testing) apparantly   
   does not support CVS.  From what I understand, it does support svn, git, & hg.   
   (I'd like to see the MakeNL migrated to the new SF project software.)   
      
   2) My personal preference these days is git.  However, GIT has a pretty good   
   interface to svn repositories, so I could work with it that way.  (And I   
   understand that hg, mercurial, also has such an interface although I don't   
   know how well it works.)   
      
   3) I know not much work is being done on MakeNL these days but I'd like it to   
   stay possible and I think, because of the issues that CVS has, that it be best   
   to migrate it away from CVS.
