    I tested with 3.3.0 as 3.3.1 was not available at the time.   
    Running a CTL for a full distribution without the MINfone option,   
    it threw out a couple of lines with 2 dashes. Setting the level to 2,   
    solved this. To me this indicates, dat there is a default value above 2.   
      
    I agree with Ward, that no testing or a value of 0 should be the default.   
    Running the test with a ctl file where the default is in accordance with   
    the the use in the CTL file is not a test that gives a definitive answer.   
      
    As far as I have heard about changes between 3.3.0 and 3.3.1 , no changes   
    were made to this section of the software.
