   You should be able to comment out the MINphone statement in your control file   
   to disable this check.  I just tested it here with my Regional control file   
   and had no issues with the lack of MINphone.   
      
   Are you getting an error message?  Which version of MakeNL do you have right   
   now?  I just hatched 3.3.1 last night/early this morning.
