   Kees and I are now preparing for the zone-2 version of the world-nodelist to   
   transition to new nodelist-software.   
       
   I have a problem/question.   
       
   From my point of view as a ZC there should be an option to "not" have a need   
   for the MINphone-keyword.   
       
   Let me explain.   
       
   As a ZC I should have no view how phone-numbers inside a certain region, and   
   in Z2 every region is a different country with different structures, are   
   catered for.   
       
   I should not have to impose "MINphone " because I must assume that   
   whatever a region provides me, is correct for that region and has been checked   
   at the lower (lowest even) level.   
       
   It is not up to me to check the number of dashes in a phone-number of, let's   
   say, Inner-Mongolia.   
       
   I hereby request a change to the new makenl-software to cater for the absence   
   of "MINphone" in which case no check is performed.   
       
   I will be pleased to hear anyone's feedback and/or thoughts on this.
