   and what makes you think that i didn't read the documentation or already know   
   about those error codes? i've been coding since before fidonet was invented...   
   i believe i do know how findfirst operates...   
      
   the post was sent in error when i was distracted by real life and didn't have   
   a chance to complete it the way i was try to complete... so shoot me... you're
