   In line 15 of osmscfnd.c it says:   
      
       if (pff->handle == 0)   
      
   This should be:   
      
       if (pff->handle == -1)   
      
   Because _findfirst() returns a -1 on error:

   The bug hit me when I was testing with the AmigaNet nodelist creation on   
   Windows (I normally use the linux version for this, which isn't affected by   
   it). And had specified an empty update directory it would ignore the segments   
   in the master directory. So with this bug, when it doesn't find a file in the   
   first directory it scans it won't scan the other subsequent directories either.
