   This is caused by combining Down, with an -Unpublished- phone number, which is   
   not permitted in FTS-5000.  I quote:   
      
        Alternatively, this field may contain the string "-Unpublished-"   
        if the node has no conventional phone number, and uses the "Pvt"   
        or "Hold" keywords.  It is recommended that software be able to   
        recognise this string as an indicator to never attempt to dial   
        this node by PSTN/ISDN, no matter what the keyword.   
      
    KvE> As the system is apparently down, no corrections are sent.   
      
   Down nodes are supposed to be removed from the nodelist in a timely manner.

   No, the line in question is not a valid entry, as the standards are currently   
   documented.

   Dallas should remove this line from his nodelist segment.  I am currently   
   working on fixing the "Invalid keyword -- FILES" error message that is logged   
   with the combination of Down, and -Unpublished-.  This combination is an   
   error, but the error message is incorrect.
