   In the future (ie: not in 3.2.x or even 3.3.0) we could implement support for   
   other netmail formats such as JAM or Squish.  However, given the low volume of   
   netmail that MakeNL produces, it seems that it would be a lot of coding,   
   testing, and debugging time that perhaps could be better spent elsewhere.
