      Eh?  What does the size of the project have to do with it? I use GIT for    
   most everything, including for just tracking a few scripts and/or config    
   files.   
      
     Like for tracking the Fidonet RC 11 MakeNL configuration and the scripts and    
   other information supporting it... Same for the Othernets I'm a coordinator    
   in. And using commit hooks makes it easy to have information about nodelist    
   changes posted to an echo.   
      
     Note also that the MakeNL web site is being tracked in a GIT repo. I've    
   worked on one for MakeNL itself but need to redo the CVS import/migration, so
