Curious that MakeNL generates the datetime field for *.MSG files in SEAdog   
   format:   
      
   Mon 22 Oct 12 23:10   
      
   instead of the usual FTS-1 format, which allows seconds:   
      
   22 Oct 12  23:10:45   
      
   Perhaps Ben Baker's original MakeNL did this but I can't think of a good   
   justification for it.   
      
   Obviously the weekday can always be calculated from an FTS-1 date. Storing it   
   is completely redundant.
