      The branch named 'debian' that is now in the CVS repository is intended to    
   be an integration branch, with merges from MAIN for the current MakeNL code    
   and updates and/or merges for the debian/ directory for the Debian packaging.

      That's what I ended up doing; counted them as those versions and this one    
   as v3.2.13 and noted that in the docs/history.txt file.   
      
      Note that I do plan to create a v3.2.13 archive but that's because I plan    
   to do a Debian package of it so I can do some testing of the current code, not    
   because I consider it as something that's necessarily ready for general
