      OK; as part of moving the debian directory to it's own branch (in part    
   because it is separately versioned), I'll do an update reflecting that.  May    
   do that as v3.2.13; counting 3.2.9a, *.9b, & *.9c as 3.2.10, 3.2.11 & 3.2.12.    
   (And perhaps changing those numbers in history.txt and noting that in my
