   What you need is a good 'sandpit'  You need to try these 'what if' ideas   
   without affecting your production config.  The 7-P principle works.   
      
   Get people involved.  Some will volunteer; others may grumble but do it IAC.    
   Net .ctl files can be data collection tools or direct input.
