   You DO realize that BBBS is Shareware, and not distributed with source, right?   
   You also realize that if Kim Heino decides he can't or won't be bothered with   
   making utf-8 go in both directions there is NOTHING I as a registered user of   
   it can do, right?  If he changes his mind, fine.. I'll find out when I upgrade   
   .. I doubt he will though.
