   netmail does not "passthru" like an echomail a system does not carry but   
   provides to others... netmail is routed... it is not /broadcast/ like   
   echomail...

   the purpose of the NAB is to pass /echomail/ to others... yes, the NAB _may_   
   also pass netmail but it is not required of them to do so...
