   So, what you're saying about Z4 is hearsay and we can never believe   
   anything you say because of it.

   In that case, there shouldn't be a problem in implementing the unpublished   
   BS that has held up this feature for over a year, maybe more?

   Ack or no ack, there is no need for the other ZCs to be concerned about   
   waiting for Z4 to be ready. If Z4 is not there, then there is no reason to   
   wait any longer. If ZC4 falls behind, so be it. It's a small zone anyway,   
   so it shouldn't take them another year to catch up when they wake up.   
      
   I've been ready for a year now, I've crashed my RC's node because his OS   
   can't take the heat and I'm tired of waiting. YMMV
