   the key is that all have to use the same dupe detection methods... there are   
   numerous one being used all over fidonet... even attempts to "tunnel" echomail   
   thru different protocols and formats fell flat on their faces... eg:   
   converting echomail to news and expecting the MessageID: on all stations to be   
   the same with the same or different software...
