   which is not required or expected... admin nodes are only required, by P4, to   
   make available routed netmail to their direct nodes ;)   
      
   echomail is not a top down trickle... it may have been looked at in that way   
   but when it was pointed out that everyone can make agreements with anyone else   
   for their echomail, it became obvious that one was not restricted to one feed   
   like so many fell "victim" of... planet connect definitely put a stop to that   
   practise ;)   
      
   however, even with this, one must recognise that netmail is one thing and   
   echomail is another... each have their own pathways to and from one's system...
