   This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

   MADAGASCAR, 5R.  Eric, 5R8IC is QRV from Sainte-Marie Island, IOTA   
   AF-090, until December 18.  He is active holiday style using CW,   
   RTTY and PSK63.  QSL to home call.   
      
   CHILE, CE.  Members of the Radio Club de Copiapo are QRV as XR33M   
   until the end of December to celebrate the thirty-three rescued   
   miners.  Activity is on 80 to 15 meters using SSB.  This includes an   
   entry in the upcoming ARRL 10-Meter contest.  QSL via CE3BBC.   
      
   COLOMBIA, HK.  Gerd, DL7VOG is QRV as HK0GU/1 from Isla Pirata, IOTA   
   SA-040, until November 21.  Activity is on the HF bands using CW and   
   RTTY.  QSL to home call.   
      
   SAN ANDRES AND PROVIDENCIA, HK0.  After his Colombia activity, Gerd,   
   DL7VOG will be QRV as HK0GU/1 San Andres, IOTA NA-033, from November   
   22 to December 2.  Activity will be on the HF bands using CW and   
   RTTY.  This includes an entry in the upcoming CQ WW CW contest.  QSL   
   to home call.   
      
   ITALY, I.  Tony, IK1QBT and Emilio, IZ1GAR will be QRV as   
   IH9/home calls from Pantelleria Island, IOTA AF-018, from November 23   
   to 30.  In the upcoming CQ WW CW contest, they will be QRV as IH9X   
   and IH9R, on 80 and 40 meters, respectively.  QSL to home calls.   
      
   GUAM, KH2.  Eri, JF1VGZ will be QRV as KH7ERI/KH2 from November 22 to   
   24.  QSL direct to home call.   
      
   ANTARCTICA.  Alex, RD1AV is QRV as RI1ANC from Vostok Base until the   
   end of 2011.  Activity is on the HF bands, mainly on the lower   
   bands, using CW, SSB and digital modes.  In mid-December, he'll be   
   active as RI1ANC/A from Molodezhnaya Base.  QSL via RN1ON.   
      
   SEYCHELLES, S7.  Operators Noboru, JA2AAU, Iwao, JA2LSS, Seiji,   
   JA2ATE and Tug, JA2ZS are QRV as S79AU, S79SS, S79TE and S79ZS,   
   respectively, from Mahe, IOTA AF-024, until November 27.  Activity   
   is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK.  QSL to home   
   calls.   
      
   INDIA, VU.  Special event station AU2JCB will be QRV from November   
   20 to December 5 in remembrance of the Indian physicist and radio   
   pioneer Jagadish Chandra Bose.  Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters   
   using SSB.  QSL direct via VU2DSI.   
      
   ZIMBABWE, Z2.  Antonio, DL4EA, will be QRV as Z24EA from November 21   
   to 30.  Activity will be on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and   
   possibly some digital modes.  This includes an entry in the upcoming   
   CQ WW CW contest.  QSL to home call.   
      
   CAYMAN ISLANDS, ZF.  Robert, K5PI is QRV as ZF2PI from Little   
   Cayman, IOTA NA-016, until November 22.  Afterwards, he will be   
   active from Grand Cayman Island from November 23 to 26.  QSL to home   
   call.   
      
   NIUE, ZK2.  Operators IK1PMR, PA3LEO, LA9SN, N6TQS and K6SRZ will be   
   QRV as ZK2A from November 20 to December 3.  Activity will be on 160   
   to 6 meters using CW and RTTY with four stations.  QSL via PA3LEO.   
      
   CHATHAM ISLANDS, ZL7.  Seppo, OH1VR will be active as ZL7VR from   
   November 23 to 30.  Activity will be on the HF bands.  He will also   
   be active as ZL7V in the upcoming CQ WW CW contest.  QSL both calls   
   to home call.   
      
   KERMADEC ISLANDS, ZL8.  A group of operators are QRV as ZL8X from   
   Raoul Island, IOTA OC-039, until December 5.  Activity is on 160 to   
   6 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL via DJ2MX.   
      
   OPERATIONS APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  The following operations are   
   approved for DXCC credit:  Uganda, 5X0CW, 2010 operation; Angola,   
   D2QV, 2010 operation.   
      
   THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL Sweepstakes SSB Contest, QRP CW   
   Fox Hunt, NCCC Sprint, YO International 80-Meter PSK31 Contest,   
   PODXS 070 Club PSK31 Jamboree, SARL Field Day Contest, LZ DX   
   Contest, Feld Hell Sprint, All Austrian 160-Meter CW Contest, RSGB   
   2nd 1.8 MHz CW Contest, North American Collegiate ARC SSB   
   Championship, EU PSK63 QSO Party and the Homebrew and Oldtime   
   Equipment Party will certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming   
   weekend.  The Run for the Bacon QRP CW Contest is scheduled for   
   November 22.  The SKCC CW Sprint, RSGB 80-Meter Club CW Sprint and   
   QRP CW Fox Hunt are all scheduled for November 24.  Please see
