Hello all!   
      
   I've been sort of disconnected from echomail, and the source of most of the   
   bulletin information I cause to be posted in   
   this echomail conference for the last week.  All is restored to health it   
   appears however.   
      
   First, a reminder.  Please, bulletins and news items only in this echo.    
   Discussion of those items can take place in   
   other relevant echoes.   
      
   I think I can safely assume that Mark Lewis, coordinator of   
   the ham-fdn will be posting Amateur Radio newsline on Friday mornings as he   
   has been.  I will once again be posting other short form bulletins and   
   newsletters here of amateur radio
