   This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

   SPRATLY ISLANDS.  Some members of the Malaysian Amateur Radio   
   Transmitter Society are QRV as 9M0L from Pulau Layang Layang, IOTA   
   AS 051, until April 24.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW,   
   SSB and RTTY with four stations active.  QSL via operators   
   instructions.   
      
   DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO, 9Q.  Sergiy, UV5EVJ is QRV as 9Q0HQ/7   
   from Lubumbashi until May 22 while part of the UN mission MONUSCO.   
   Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using CW and SSB in his spare time.   
   QSL to home call.   
      
   ENGLAND, G.  Members of the Chelmsford Amateur Radio Society will be   
   QRV with special event station GB100MWT on April 21 during   
   International Marconi Day.  Activity will be on the HF bands using   
   CW and SSB.  QSL via bureau.   
      
   WALES, GW.  Members of the Barry Amateur Radio Society will be QRV   
   with special event station GB4MDI on April 21 during International   
   Marconi Day.  QSL via GW0ANA.   
      
   THAILAND, HS.  Operators HS0ZFZ, HS0ZFD, HS0ZGQ and HS0ZIL are QRV   
   using special call E2E from the north of Thailand using EME.  QSL   
   via HS0AC.   
      
   SARDINIA, IS0.  Members of the ARI section Olbia will be QRV with   
   special event station IY0GA from Cape Figari at Golfo Aranci, IOTA   
   EU-024, during International Marconi Day on April 21.  QSL via   
   IS0JMA.   
      
   OGASAWARA, JD1.  Harry, JG7PSJ will be QRV as JD1BMH from   
   Chichijima, IOTA AS-031, from April 22 to May 4.  Activity will be   
   on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL direct to home call.   
      
   SVALBARD, JW.  Michael, DB5MH is QRV as JW/DB5MH until April 23   
   while on a back-country skiing trip.  Activity is on 20 meters using   
   SSB with QRP power at various times from 1900 to 2200z.  QSL to home   
   call.   
      
   PUERTO RICO, KP4.  Jeff, VA3QSL will be QRV as KP4/VA3QSL from April   
   22 to May 4.  Activity will be on 40, 20 and 6 meters using CW and   
   SSB near the usual IOTA frequencies.  This includes a side trip to   
   Vieques Island, IOTA NA-099.  He plans to activate a few of the   
   lighthouses here.  QSL to home call.   
      
   AUSTRIA, OE.  Members of the amateur radio group of the Austrian   
   radio ORF are QRV with special event station OE12M until April 22 as   
   part of International Marconi Day on April 21.  QSL via OE1WHC.   
      
   ARUBA, P4.  Special event station P487IARU is QRV until April 30 to   
   mark World Amateur Radio day.  QSL via operators' instructions.   
      
   POLAND, SP.  Members of the Amateur Radio Club Flora Fauna are QRV   
   as HF87WARD until April 30 to celebrate both World Amateur Radio Day   
   and the 87th anniversary of the founding of the International   
   Amateur Radio Union.  QSL via operators' instructions.   
      
   CRETE, SV9.  Seppo, OH1VR will be QRV as SV9/OH1VR from April 21 to   
   28.  Activity will be on 80 to 10 meters using mainly CW.  QSL   
   direct to home call.   
      
   AUSTRALIA, VK.  Special event station VI4MGY is QRV from South Bank   
   near the Queensland Maritime Museum until April 22 in commemoration   
   of the Titanic disaster.  QSL via operators' instructions.   
           
   VANUATU, YJ.  Members of the Oceania DX Group will be QRV as YJ0VK   
   from the Nirvan Resort in Port Vila on Efate Island, IOTA OC-035,   
   from April 21 to May 5.  Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters, with   
   a focus on 30, 17 and 12 meters, using CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK31.  QSL   
   direct via VK2CA.   
      
   ALBANIA, ZA.  Franck, F4DTO and Patrick, F4GFE will be QRV as ZA100I   
   from Elbasan from April 22 to 29.  Activity will be on 40 to 10   
   meters using SSB.  QSL via F4DTO.   
           
   THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The NCCC RTTY Sprint, Holyland DX   
   Contest, TARA Skirmish Digital Prefix Contest, ES Open HF   
   Championship, CQ Manchester Mineira DX CW Contest, Michigan QSO   
   Party, EU Spring SSB Sprint, South Dakota QSO Party, EA-QRP CW   
   Contest, Ontario QSO Party, Feld Hell Sprint and the YU DX CW   
   Contest are all on tap for this upcoming weekend.  The CWops   
   Mini-CWT CW Test and 432 MHz Spring Sprint are scheduled for April
