Rich, PA0RRS is QRV as 9M2MRS from Penang       Island, IOTA AS-015, until April 2011. He is active using mostly       CW. QSL to home call.              MOZAMBIQUE, C9. A group of seven operators are QRV as C91DJ, C91MV,       C91DL, C91KW, C91AV, C91GF and C91JR until October 31. They will be       active as C91MS in the 53rd Scout Jamboree On The Air event. They       will also be an entry in the upcoming CQ WW SSB contest as C91WW.       Activity is on the HF bands using mainly SSB, but also some CW, RTTY       and PSK31. Georg, DK7LX is QRV as XX9TLX until October 26.       Activity is on 40 to 10 meters using CW with some RTTY near the end       of this operation. Scout Jamboree On The Air event, JARTS       World Wide RTTY Contest, NCCC Sprint, Microwave Fall Sprint, ARCI       Fall CW QSO Party, New York QSO Party, Iowa QSO Party, Worked All       Germany Contest, Feld Hell Sprint, PODXS 070 Club 160-Meter QRP       Great Pumpkin Sprint, Asia-Pacific Fall CW Sprint, UBA ON 2-Meter       Contest and the Illinois QSO Party will certainly keep contesters       busy this upcoming weekend. The Run for the Bacon QRP CW Contest is       scheduled for October 18. The ARRL School Club Roundup runs from       October 18 to 22. THese are similar to the       concept for weak signal calling and other center of activity       frequencies. Three of these have been ratified worldwide.              THese center of activity frequencies are where stations can       go to render or obtain emergency assistance.              WHen casually operating or contesting on hf please make       yourself aware of these frequencies, and give them some       space.
