   TUNISIA, 3V.  Ash, KF5EYY will be QRV as 3V8SS from the Radio Club   
   Station of Tunisian Scouts in Sousse in the CQ WW DX CW contest as a   
   Single Op/All Band/Low Power entry.  QSL via LX1NO.   
      
   CYPRUS, 5B.  Alan, 5B4AHJ plans to be QRV as P3J in the CQ WW DX CW   
   contest as a Single Band/High Power entry on 10 meters.  QSL to home   
   call.   
      
   SENEGAL, 6W.  Jeff, N1SNB is QRV as 6V7V until November 29.  This   
   includes an entry on the CQ WW DX CW contest.  QSL to home call.   
      
   ZAMBIA, 9J.  Operator S53A is QRV as 9J3A until November 30.   
   Activity is on the HF bands but he is here mostly for the CQ WW DX

   EAST MALAYSIA, 9M6.  Carl, AI6V plans to be QRV as 9M8/AI6V from   
   Sabah as a Single Op/Single Band on 15 meter entry in the CQ WW DX   
   CW contest.  QSL to home call.   
      
   THE GAMBIA, C5.  Members of the OM0C Contest team are QRV as C50C   
   until November 29.  They will be active as C5C in the CQ WW DX CW   
   contest as a Multi/Multi entry.  QSL both calls via OM2FY.   
      
   BAHAMAS, C6.  Brian, ND3F is QRV as C6AQQ from Nassau, IOTA NA-001,   
   until December 6.  Activity is mostly on the lower bands.  He will   
   be a Single Op/All Band/Low Power entry in the CQ WW DX CW contest.

   LIBERIA, EL.  Operators AA7A, G3SXW, G4BWP, KC7V, KY7M and N7CW are

   contest as a Single Op/Single Band entry on 15 meters.  QSL via

   GUERNSEY, GU.  Dick, GU4CHY will be QRV in the CQ WW DX CW contest   
   as a Single Op/Single Band entry on 15 meters.  QSL to home call.   
      
   THAILAND, HS.  Champ, E21EIC, will be QRV in the CQ WW DX CW contest   
   as a Single Op/All Band/Low Power entry.  Japan stations QSL via   
   JR5XPG and all others via E21EIC.   
      
   DOMINICA, J7.  Volker, DL8WEM is QRV as J79WE from Salisbury until   
   December 8.  Activity is on 40 to 10 meters using mainly CW.  He   
   plans to be an entry in the CQ WW DX CW contest.  QSL to home call.   
      
   MARIANA ISLANDS, KH0. Members of the Saipan BBQ Contest Club will be   
   QRV as AH0BT in the CQ WW DX CW contest as a Multi-2 entry.  QSL via

   LUXEMBOURG, LX.  A group of operators will be QRV as LX7I in the CQ   
   WW DX CW contest as a Multi/Single entry.  QSL via LX2A.   
      
   SUDAN, ST.  Robert, S53R will be QRV as ST2AR from Khartoum in the   
   CQ WW DX CW contest as a Single Op/All Band/Low Power/Unassisted   
   entry.  QSL to home call.   
      
   EGYPT, SU.  Gab, HA3JB is QRV as SU/HA3JB from Cairo until November   
   29.  Activity is on the HF bands using CW, SSB, RTTY, SSTV and   
   PSK31.  He will also be a Single Op/Single Band entry in the CQ WW   
   DX CW contest.  QSL direct to home call.   
      
   TURKEY, TA.  Members of the LZ Contest Group will be QRV as TC3A   
   from Asiatic Turkey in the CQ WW DX CW contest as a Muli-2 entry.   
   Outside the contest they are active on 160 to 10 meters using CW and   
   SSB.  QSL via LZ1NK.   
      
   CENTRAL AFRICA, TL.  Elvira, IV3FSG plans to be QRV as TL8ES from   
   M'Baiki.  Activity will be on the HF bands using SSB, RTTY and PSK.   
   The length of stay is unknown.  QSL via IK3GES.   
      
   CONGO (REPUBLIC OF), TN.  Nicolas is now QRV as TN9SN and is active   
   from Brazzaville until 2012.  QSL IZ1BZV.   
      
   ANTIGUA, V2.  Bud, AA3B is QRV as V26K until November 28.  He is   
   active on the HF bands using CW.  He will be a Single Op/All   
   Band/Low Power entry in the CQ WW DX CW contest.  QSL to home call.   
      
   ANGUILLA, VP2E.  Pete, VE3IKV plans to be QRV as VP2EAT from   
   November 25 to December 3.  This includes being a Single Op entry in   
   the CQ WW DX CW contest.  After the contest, he will be active   
   mostly on 17, 12, 10 and 6 meters.  QSL to home call.   
      
   BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS, VP2V.  Art, N3DXX is QRV from Virgin   
   Gorda/Tortola, IOTA NA-023, until November 30.  He is active mainly   
   on 160 meters and will also be a Single Op/All Band entry in the CQ   
   WW DX CW contest.  QSL via AA7V.   
      
   NICARAGUA, YN.  Mike, AJ9C is QRV as YN2CC until December 5.   
   Activity is on 160 to 6 meters.  This includes being a Single Op/All   
   Band entry in the CQ WW DX CW contest.  He also plans to be an entry   
   in the upcoming ARRL 160-Meter CW contest.  QSL to home call.   
      
   THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The CQ Worldwide DX CW Contest, RSGB   
   80-Meter Club CW Sprint, QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC Sprint and SARL   
   Digital Contest will certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming

   Gentlemens' agreements ratified by IARU regions 1 and 2 have   
   designated a global "center of activity" frequency  in  each   
   of  the  international  hf  bands.  THese are similar to the   
   concept for weak signal calling and other center of activity   
   frequencies.  Three of these have been ratified worldwide.   
      
   THese  center of activity frequencies are where stations can   
   go to render or obtain emergency assistance.   
      
   WHen casually operating or  contesting  on  hf  please  make   
   yourself  aware  of  these  frequencies,  and give them some   
   space. Remember that often stations with emergency needs are   
   not  those  utilizing  high  gain antennas and maximum legal   
   power.
