   This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

   MALDIVES, 8Q.  Yuki, JH1NBN is QRV as 8Q7ZB from Male until November   
   29.  Activity is in his spare time.  QSL to home call.   
      
   SIERRA LEONE, 9L.  A group of operators will be QRV as 9L0W from the   
   Banana Islands, IOTA AF-037, from November 22 to December 4.   
   Activity will be on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL via   
   DK2WV.   
      
   MOZAMBIQUE, C9.  Mike, K9NW will be QRV as C91NW from November 21 to   
   29.  Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.   
   This includes being a Single Op/All Band entry in the upcoming CQ WW   
   DX CW contest.  QSL to home call.   
      
   ST. BARTHELEMY, FJ.  Nikola, VE3EY and John VE3TA will be QRV as   
   FJ/home calls from November 22 to 29.  They will be active as TO3A as   
   a Multi/Single entry in the upcoming CQ WW DX CW contest.  QSL TO3A   
   via VE3EY and all others to home calls.   
       
   ARUBA, P4.  Valery, R5GA will be QRV as P4/R5GA from November 20 to   
   28.  He will be active as P40F as a Single Op/All Band entry in the   
   upcoming CQ WW DX CW contest.  QSL both calls to R5GA.   
      
   SURINAME, PZ.  Yuri, VE3DZ will be QRV as PZ5T from November 21 to   
   29.  Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.

   FRANZ JOSEF LAND, R1/F.  Victor, RI1FJL has been active on 160   
   meters around 0345z and then 80 meters around 0600z.  QSL via RX3MM.   
      
   SOMALIA, T5.  Darko, J28AA will be QRV as 6O0DX from November 21 to   
   30.  Activity will be on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.   
   QSL via K2PF.   
      
   ASIATIC RUSSIA, UA0.  Max, KE5JA is QRV as RA/KE5JA from Sakhalin   
   Island, IOTA AS-018, while on a four year work assignment.  QSL to   
   home call.   
      
   BELIZE, V3.  Operators Dennis, K2SX and Leslie, W2LK will be QRV as   
   V31SX and V31AO, respectively, from November 22 to 29.  Activity   
   will be on the low bands and 30, 17 and 12 meters using mainly CW   
   with some RTTY.  They will be active as V31AO in the upcoming CQ WW   
   DX CW contest as a Multi/Single entry.  QSL via operators'   
   instructions.   
      
   MONTSERRAT, VP2M.  Operators DF7OGO, K3WT, N0AT, N0STL and W0OR are   
   QRV as VP2MGO, VP2MWT, VP2MTA, VP2MTL and VP2MOR, respectively,   
   until December 6.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and   
   RTTY.  They will be active as VP2MWG in the upcoming CQ WW DX CW and   
   ARRL 160-Meter contests.  QSL VP2MWG via N0AT and all others to home   
   calls.   
      
   BERMUDA, VP9.  Alan, N3AD will be QRV as VP9/N3AD from November 22   
   to 28.  This includes entries in the upcoming CWops Mini-CWT CW and   
   CQ WW DX CW contests.  QSL via W3HNK.   
      
   INDIA, VU.  Special event station AU2JCB will be QRV from November   
   19 to December 4 in commemoration of the Indian scientist and radio   
   pioneer Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose.  Activity will be on 40 to 10   
   meters and possibly the higher bands if propagation permits.  QSL   
   direct to VU2DSI.   
      
   ZIMBABWE, Z2.  Antonio, DL4EA is QRV as Z24EA from Harare until Nov   
   22.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using all modes.  QSL to home   
   call.   
           
   ASCENSION ISLAND, ZD8.  Steve, G3ZVW will be QRV as ZD8N from   
   November 21 to December 2.  Activity will be on 80 to 10 meters   
   using CW, SSB and various digital modes.  This may include an entry   
   in the upcoming CQ WW DX CW contest.  QSL to home call.   
      
   THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL SSB Sweepstakes Contest, ARRL   
   EME Contest, North America Collegiate ARC SSB Championship, RSGB 2nd   
   1.8 MHz CW Contest, QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC Sprint, YO International   
   PSK31 80-Meter Contest, SARL Field Day Contest, LZ DX Contest, Feld   
   Hell Sprint, All Austrian 160-Meter CW Contest, EPC PSK63 QSO Party   
   and the Homebrew and Oldtime Equipment CW Party will certainly keep   
   contesters busy this upcoming weekend.  The Run for the Bacon QRP CW   
   Contest is scheduled for November 21.  The SKCC CW Sprint, CWops   
   Mini-CWT CW Test and QRP CW Fox Hunt are scheduled for November 23.
