As reported in DX bulletin ARLD045,       Manihiki, IOTA OC-014, is located in the North Cook Islands, not       South Cook Islands.              THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The Worked All Europe RTTY DX Contest,       10-10 International Fall Digital Contest, Japan International DX       Phone Contest, QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC Sprint, OK/OM DX CW Contest,       CWops Mini-CWT CW Test, Kentucky QSO Party, CQ-WE Contest and the       SKCC Weekend CW Sprint are all scheduled for this upcoming weekend.       The NAQCC-EU Monthly CW Sprint is scheduled for November 14. The       QRP CW Fox Hunt is scheduled for November 16. THese are similar to the       concept for weak signal calling and other center of activity       frequencies. Three of these have been ratified worldwide.              THese center of activity frequencies are where stations can       go to render or obtain emergency assistance.              WHen casually operating or contesting on hf please make       yourself aware of these frequencies, and give them some       space.
