   This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by   
   NC1L, The Daily DX, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, Contest Corral from QST   
   and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks to all.   
      
   MONTENEGRO, 4O.  Ark, UA4CC is QRV as 4O7CC from Becici until   
   October 2.  Activity is on 40 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.   
   QSL to home call.   
      
   CYPRUS, 5B.  All radio amateurs on Cyprus may use the prefix 5B50   
   until October 31 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Republic   
   of Cyprus.   
      
   TANZANIA, 5H.  Pat, W8FV will be QRV as 5H9PD from Mwanza from   
   October 2 to 30.   Activity will be mostly on 40 to 10 meters using   
   CW and some PSK31.  QSL to home call.   
      
   CROATIA, 9A.  Operators OK1JK, OK1HWS and OK1IEC are QRV as   
   9A/home calls from Lastovo Island, IOTA EU-016, until October 2.   
   While here they will visit the Struga Lighthouse, WLOTA 0815.   
   Activity is on the HF bands using CW, SSB, RTTY, PSK and other   
   modes.  QSL to home calls.   
      
   EAST MALAYSIA, 9M6.  John, 9M6XRO/p, Steve, 9M6DXX/p and Gordon,   
   9M6/G3USR will be QRV from Labuan Island, IOTA OC-133, from October   
   5 to 8.  Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters with two stations   
   using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL 9M6XRO/p and 9M6DXX/p via M0URX and   
   9M6/G3USR to home call.   
      
   ANGOLA, D2.  Craig, D2SG is QRV until October 6.  QSL via GM4FDM.   
      
   IRAN, EP.  Ali, EP4AK has been active on 15 meters SSB around 1330z.   
   QSL direct.   
      
   PHILIPPINES, DU.  Hiro, JJ5GMJ is QRV as DU1/home call from Palawan   
   Island, IOTA OC-128, and is here for another year and a half.   
   Activity is on 160 to 6 meters.  This includes entries in several   
   upcoming CW contests.  QSL to home call.   
      
   ITALY, I.  Fred, IK7JWX is QRV as IR7WFF until December 31 from   
   several national parks as part of the World Flora Fauna program in   
   the provinces Lecce, Brindisi, Taranto and Bari.  QSL to home call.   
      
   MARIANA ISLANDS, KH0.  Kuniyoshi, 7L1FPU plans to be QRV as AH0BT in   
   the Oceania DX Phone contest.  Activity will be on 80 to 10 meters   
   using SSB.  QSL to home call.   
      
   SOUTH ORKNEY ISLANDS.  Diego, LU1ZA is QRV from the Orcadas Base on   
   Laurie Island, IOTA AN-008.  Activity is on the HF bands and   
   generally during his weekends from 1800 to 2300z.  His length of   
   stay is unknown.  QSL via LU4DXU.   
      
   MARKET REEF, OJ0.  Pertti, OH2PM and Ilmo, OH2BO plan to be QRV as   
   OJ0B from October 2 to 11, depending on the weather.  Activity will   
   be on 160 to 10 meters using mostly CW.  This includes an entry in   
   the Scandinavian Activity SSB contest.  QSL via OH2BH.   
      
   CZECH REPUBLIC, OK.  Special event station OL61IAC is QRV until   
   October 10 during the 61st International Astronautical Congress in   
   Prague.  Activity is on the HF bands using CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK31.   
   QSL via OK1TIR.   
      
   BELGIUM, ON.  Special event station ON509Q is QRV in celebration of   
   the 50th anniversary of the independence of the Democratic Republic   
   of Congo.  QSL via bureau.   
      
   NETHERLANDS, PA.  Fred, PA0FAW is QRV as PC75HV until October 28   
   from Hoge Veluwe National Park.  Activity is on the HF bands using   
   mostly CW, with some SSB and digital modes.  QSL to home call.   
      
   INDIA, VU.  Station VU0WFF is QRV until October 10 from the Daroji   
   Bear Sanctuary in the Bellary District of Karnataka State.  QSL via   
   VU2JHM.   
           
   ZIMBABWE, Z2.  Bob, AC7GP is QRV as Z2/home call from Harare until   
   November 1.  Activity is generally during the weekdays on HF using   
   SSB, RTTY and PSK31.  This includes activity in the upcoming CQ WW   
   SSB contest.  QSL to home call.   
      
   THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL EME Contest, TARA PSK Rumble   
   Contest, EPC Russia BPSK63 DX Contest, Oceania DX Phone Contest,   
   F9AA CW/SSB Cup, California QSO Party, EU Autumn SSB Sprint,   
   International HELL-Contest, UBA ON SSB Contest, German Telegraphy   
   Contest and the RSGB 21/28 MHz Contest will certainly keep   
   contesters busy this weekend.  The ARS Spartan CW Sprint is   
   scheduled for October 5.  The 432 MHz Fall Sprint is scheduled for

   shareware programs that would be useful to radio amateurs,   
   or other files which may be appropriate use the back channel   
   area to submit them.  IF you are not sure how to accomplish this
