   4 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of independence and to promote   
   the national award sponsored by the Amateur Radio Union of   
   Kyrgyzstan.  QSL via operators' instructions.   
      
   FRANCE, F.  Special event station TM11NOR is QRV until August 31 for   
   the 1100th anniversary of the Duchy of Normandy.  QSL to F5UBH.   
      
   DENMARK, OZ.  Karl, DL2GF is QRV as OZ/DL2GF from Fanoe Island, IOTA   
   EU-125, until September 3.  Activity is on 40 to 10 meters using CW
