   HG>It's sad to read that but I have noted for some time that the regular   
   HG>ARRL (ARL?-nnn) bulletins have been absent.   
      
     I try to post them in some other ham radio related echoes. But, the   
   weather has been so stormy here for August (very unusual), that the BBS   
   has had to be down for lightning issues more often than not.   
      
     I get the bulletins via email, then copy and paste them to a textfile,   
   and run a batchfile to post them.
