   This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by   
   NC1L, RW6HS, The Daily DX, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, INDX, Contest   
   Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web sites.

   AZERBAIJAN, 4J.  Members of the Safari DX Activators club are QRV as   
   4J0SFR and 4J0LH from the Absheron, Shuvalan and Amburan   
   Lighthouses, ARLHS AZE-006, AZE-007 and AZE-008, respectively, until   
   March 27 in celebration of their 150th anniversaries.  Activity is   
   on all HF bands using CW and SSB.  QSL via operators' instructions.   
      
   SIERRA LEONE, 9L.  Operators PA3A, PA3AN, PA8AD, PD0CAV and EL2DT   
   plan to be QRV as 9L5MS from March 29 to April 18.  Activity will be   
   with three stations on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL   
   direct via PA3AWW.   
      
   NEPAL, 9N.  Operators DK7AN, DK5WL, DL4SVA and DL9GFB plan to be QRV   
   as 9N7AA from Dhulikel near Kathmandu from March 26 to April 8.   
   Activity will be on all HF bands, including EME on 2 meters.  QSL   
   direct via DL4SVA.   
      
   UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, A6.  Look for A60A to be QRV in the CQ WW WPX   
   SSB contest.  QSL via NI5DX.   
      
   TAIWAN, BV.  Members of the Centenary Foundation are QRV as BV100   
   from Shaio-Liu-Chiu Island, IOTA AS-155, until the end of 2011.   
   This includes an entry in the CQ WW WPX SSB contest.  QSL via BV2KI.   
      
   MOROCCO, CN.  Operators IK2QEI, IK2SGC and N6KT will be QRV as 5D5A   
   in the CQ WW WPX SSB contest as a Multi-2 entry.  QSL via I2WIJ.   
      
   ANGOLA, D2.  Laci, OM5AM is QRV as D2AM from Luanda until April 14.

   CANARY ISLANDS, EA8.  Look for EF8M to be QRV from Las Palmas, Gran   
   Canaria, IOTA AF-004, in the CQ WW WPX SSB contest as a Single   
   Op/All Band/High Power entry.  QSL via UA3DX.   
      
   JERSEY, GJ.  Russell, G5XW is QRV as GJ5XW until March 28.  Activity   
   is on all HF bands.  This includes an entry in the CQ WW WPX SSB   
   contest.  QSL direct to home call.   
      
   WALES, GM.  Members of the Strumble Head DX and Contest Group are   
   QRV as MW9W until March 27.  This includes an entry in the CQ WW WPX   
   SSB contest.  QSL via M0URX.   
      
   MARIANA ISLANDS, KH0.  Operators JF1VGZ and JA1MFR are QRV as   
   KH0/KH7ERI and KH0/WN1Y, respectively, from Saipan, IOTA OC-086,   
   until March 29.  QSL both calls via JF1VGZ.   
      
   US VIRGIN ISLANDS, KP2.  Scott, NE1RD is QRV as KP2/NE1RD until   
   March 30.  Activity is on 20 to 10 meters.  He will be a Single   
   Op/Single Band/QRP power entry on 10 meters in the CQ WW WPX SSB   
   contest.  QSL to home call.   
      
   DENMARK, OZ.  Operators DK5QN, DF8AE, DF8XC and DL1YDI will be QRV   
   as 5P3WW in the CQ WW WPX SSB contest as a Multi/Single entry.  QSL   
   via DL1YAW.   
      
   ARUBA, P4.  Operators N4OC, W3BW and K0DQ will be QRV as P40M in the   
   CQ WW WPX SSB contest as a Multi/Single entry.  QSL via W3HNK.   
      
   SEYCHELLES, S7.  Operators F6AXX, F8DSI and F5HEW are QRV as S79UFT   
   from Mahe, IOTA AF-024, until April 5.  Activity is on 80 to 10   
   meters using CW and PSK.  QSL via F6AXX.   
      
   DODECANESE, SV5.  Martin, ON4PO is QRV as J45PO from Rhodes, IOTA   
   EU-011, until April 2.  Activity is on the HF bands using mostly SSB   
   with some PSK.  This includes being active in contest station SX5P   
   in the CQ WW WPX SSB contest.  QSL J45PO via ON4PO and SX5P via   
   SV5FRD.   
      
   BRUNEI, V8.  John, 9M6XRO is QRV as V85/9M6XRO until March 27.   
   Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL via   
   M0URX.   
      
   CAMBODIA, XU.  Kim, XU7KOH is QRV from Koh Russei Island, IOTA   
   AS-133, until March 28.  This includes an entry in the CQ WW WPX SSB   
   contest.  QSL via ON7PP.   
      
   INDONESIA, YB.  Look for YE0X to be a Multi-Two entry in the CQ WW   
   WPX SSB contest.  QSL direct.   
      
   CAYMAN ISLANDS, ZF.  Adrian, AA5UK is QRV as ZF2AE from Grand   
   Cayman, IOTA NA-016, until April 2.  Activity is holiday style on 40   
   to 10 meters, including satellite activity on AO-51, SO-50, VO-52,   
   FO-29, during his afternoons and evening.  He will be active as   
   ZF2AE/ZF8 from Little Cayman Island in the CQ WW WPX SSB contest as   
   a Single Op/All Band/Low Power entry.  QSL to home call.   
      
   THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The CQ World Wide WPX SSB Contest, NCCC   
   Sprint and UBA Spring 2-Meter Contest will certainly keep contesters   
   busy this upcoming weekend.  The QRP Homebrewer CW and PSK31 Sprint   
   is scheduled for March 28.  Please see March QST, page 86 and the   
   ARRL and WA7BNM contest web sites for details.

   designated a global "center of activity" frequency  in  each   
   of  the  international  hf  bands.  THese are similar to the   
   concept for weak signal calling and other center of activity   
   frequencies.  Three of these have been ratified worldwide.   
      
   THese  center of activity frequencies are where stations can   
   go to render or obtain emergency assistance.   
      
   WHen casually operating or  contesting  on  hf  please  make   
   yourself  aware  of  these  frequencies,  and give them some   
   space. Remember that often stations with emergency needs are   
   not  those  utilizing  high  gain antennas and maximum legal   
   power.
