   This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by   
   NC1L, The Daily DX, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, INDX, Contest Corral   
   from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks   
   to all.   
      
   FIJI, 3D2.  Eddie, VK4AN and Kenneth, OZ1IKY are QRV as 3D2A from   
   Nadi, IOTA OC-016, until April 2.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters   
   using CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK.  This includes entries in the BARTG   
   RTTY contest and the upcoming CQ WPX SSB contest.  QSL via VK4AN.   
      
   SENEGAL, 6W.  Operators UA0SC, UA0SE, UA0SW and RZ0SR are QRV as   
   home calls/6W until March 28.  Activity is on all bands and modes.   
   They will be active as 6V7D in the Russian DX contest and the   
   upcoming CQ WPX SSB contest.  QSL 6V7D via UA0SE and all others to   
   home calls.   
      
   EAST MALAYSIA, 9M6.  Val, UA3QNS is QRV as 9M6/UA3QNS from Sabah,   
   IOTA OC-088, until March 23.  This includes an entry in the Russian   
   DX contest.  QSL via bureau.   
      
   BHUTAN, A5.  Operators Zorro, JH1AJT and Jay, JA1TRC will be QRV as   
   A51A and A51J, respectively, from March 23 to 38.  Activity will be   
   on the HF bands but limited to their spare time.  QSL via JH1AJT.   
      
   GUADELOUPE, FG.  Gildas, F6HMQ will be QRV with special call sign   
   TO11A from March 20 to April 1.  Activity will be on the HF bands.   
   This includes an entry in the upcoming CQ WPX SSB contest.  QSL to   
   home call.   
      
   JERSEY, GJ.  Kazu, JK3GAD is QRV as MJ0CFW until March 21.  Activity   
   is on 160 to 10 meters.  This includes an entry in the Russian DX   
   contest.  QSL via M0CFW.   
      
   PUERTO RICO, KP4.  Jose, KP4JRS is QRV using special event call sign   
   K4J until March 29.  Activity is on the HF bands using mostly RTTY   
   and PSK31.  This includes an entry in the Russian DX contest and the   
   upcoming CQ WPX SSB contest.  QSL to home call.   
      
   ALAND ISLANDS, OH0.  Pertti, OH2PM is QRV as OH0R from Brando, IOTA   
   EU-002.  Activity is on the HF bands, especially 160 and 80 meters.   
   This includes an entry in the Russian DX contest as a Single Op/All   
   Band entry.  QSL to home call.   
      
   DENMARK, OZ.  Stefan, DL7AOS will be QRV as 5P5K from Romo Island,   
   IOTA EU-125, from March 20 to April 1.  Activity will be on 80 to 6   
   meters using SSB on the usual IOTA frequencies.  This includes an   
   entry in the upcoming CQ WPX SSB contest.  QSL to home call.   
      
   BANGLADESH, S2.  A group of operators are QRV as S21YZ until March   
   30.  Activity is with four stations active simultaneously on 160 to   
   10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL via JH1AJT.   
      
   CORSICA, TK.  Chris, F8DZY will be QRV as TK/F8DZY from Ajaccio from   
   March 23 to April 17 while doing mission work.  Activity will be on   
   80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY in his spare time.  QSL to   
   home call.   
        
   BELIZE, V3.  Jim, WB2REM, Paul, W4PGM and Glenn, KD2JA will be QRV   
   as V31MM, V31PM and V31GB, respectively, from Placentia from March   
   23 to 30.  Activity will be on 160 to 6 meters using CW and SSB.   
   This includes being active as V31MM in the upcoming CQ WPX SSB   
   contest.  QSL to home calls.   
      
   AUSTRALIA, VK.  A group of operators will be QRV as VK7DI from Deal   
   Island, IOTA OC-195, in the Bass Strait, beginning around March 23,   
   for about four days.  Activity will be with two to three stations on   
   the HF bands near the usual IOTA frequencies.  QSL via VK3DQ.   
      
   COCOS KEELING ISLANDS, VK9C.  Tim, NL8F plans to become QRV as VK9CF   
   from March 19 to 29.  Activity will be on 80 to 10 meters, and   
   possibly 160 meters, using SSB.  This includes an entry in the   
   upcoming CQ WPX SSB contest.  QSL via K8NA.   
      
   ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ISLANDS, VU4.  Some members of the Amateur Radio   
   Society of India are QRV as VU4PB from the capital of Port Blair   
   until March 31.  Activity is with four stations on all bands using   
   CW, SSB and RTTY and EME on 6 meters.  QSL direct via W3HNK.   
      
   ZIMBABWE, Z2.  Rudi, DK7PE will be QRV as Z22CW from Harare from   
   March 20 to 26.  Activity is on the HF bands, especially 160 meters,   
   using mainly CW.  QSL to home call.   
      
   THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The BARTG HF RTTY Contest, Russian DX   
   Contest, CLARA HF Contest, QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC Sprint, 10-10   
   International Mobile Contest, Feld Hell Sprint, Oklahoma QSO Party,   
   AGCW VHF/UHF CW Contest, Virginia QSO Party, North Dakota QSO Party   
   and the UBA 6-Meter Spring Contest are all on tap for this upcoming   
   weekend.  The Run for the Bacon QRP CW Contest and Bucharest Contest   
   are scheduled for March 21.  The SKCC CW Sprint is scheduled for
