   This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by   
   CO8TW, NC1L, QRZ DX, The Daily DX, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, INDX,   
   Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web   
   sites.  Thanks to all.   
      
   SENEGAL, 6W.  David, WJ2O will be QRV as 6W/home call from February   
   17 to 23.  This includes being a Single Op/All Band entry in the   
   ARRL DX CW contest.  Before and after the contest he will be active   
   using mostly CW on 30, 17 and 12 meters.  QSL to home call.   
      
   BARBADOS, 8P.  Yuri, VE3DZ is QRV as 8P9AA until February 22.  He   
   will be active as 8P3A in the ARRL DX CW contest.  QSL both calls to   
   VE3DZ.   
      
   MALTA, 9H.  Mike, OE6MBG will be QRV as 9H3SM from Gozo Island from   
   February 19 to 26.  Activity will be on the HF bands with an   
   emphasis on SSB.  QSL to home call.   
      
   TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO, 9Y.  Mickey, AK5Q will be QRV as 9Y4/AK5Q from   
   Port of Spain in the ARRL DX CW contest as a Single Op/Single   
   Band/Low Power entry on 20 meters.  QSL to home call.   
      
   BAHAMAS, C6.  Bob, N4BP and Kevin, K4PG are QRV as C6AKQ and C6APG,   
   respectively, from Lucaya, IOTA NA-080, until February 21.  This   
   includes entries in the ARRL DX CW contest.  Outside of the contest   
   they will be active using CW and digital modes.  QSL direct to home   
   calls.   
      
   CUBA, CO.  Juan, CO8TW will be QRV as a Single Op/Low Power/Single   
   Band entry on 20 meters in the ARRL DX CW contest.  QSL via HB9SVT.   
      
   CAPE VERDE, D4.  A group of operators are QRV as D44AC from Sao   
   Vicente Island, IOTA AF-086, until February 22.  They will be active   
   as D4C in the ARRL DX CW contest.  QSL D4C direct via IZ4DPV and   
   D44AC via operators' instructions.   
      
   HAITI, HH.  Jan, K4QD and Don, AF4Z are QRV as HH4/home calls until   
   March 5 while on work assignment in Saint-Louis-Du-Nord.  Activity   
   is on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY and possibly PSK as both   
   time and electrical power permit.  QSL direct to home calls.   
      
   DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, HI.  A group of operators will be QRV as HI3CC   
   as a Multi/Single entry in the ARRL DX CW contest.  QSL via ON4IQ.   
      
   THAILAND, HS.  Champ, E21EIC will be QRV as a Single Op entry in the   
   ARRL DX CW contest.  QSL to E21EIC.   
      
   ST. VINCENT, J8.  Dave, G3TBK is QRV as J88DR until March 14.   
   Activity is on all HF bands, with a preference to the newer bands,   
   using CW, SSB and RTTY.  This includes entries in the ARRL DX CW   
   contest and the upcoming ARRL DX SSB and RSGB 74th Commonwealth   
   contests.  QSL to home call.   
      
   SVALBARD, JW.  Glenn, LA8XRA and Trond, LA9VDA will be QRV as JW8XRA   
   and JW9VDA, respectively, from February 20 to 25.  Activity is on   
   160 to 10 meters using mostly CW with some SSB or RTTY.  QSL to home   
   calls.   
      
   MARIANA ISLANDS, KH0.  Yuichiro, JM2RUV is QRV as KH0/JM2RUV until   
   February 22.  Activity is on all bands using CW and SSB.  This   
   includes an entry in the ARRL DX CW contest.  QSL to home call.   
      
   COSTA RICA, TI.  A group of operators will be QRV as TI5KS in the   
   ARRL DX CW contest.  QSL via N3KS.   
      
   KALININGRAD, UA2.  Members of the UA2 Contest Club will be QRV as   
   UA2F in the ARRL DX CW contest as a Multi/Single entry.  This also   
   includes being a Multi/Op entry in the upcoming CQ 160-Meter SSB   
   contest.  QSL via DK4VW.   
      
   ST. KITTS AND NEVIS, V4.  Jon, W5JON and Cathy, W5HAM are QRV as   
   V47JA and V4/W5HAM, respectively, from Calypso Bay, IOTA NA-104,   
   until March 30.  Activity is on 80 to 6 meters using SSB.  This   
   includes entries in the upcoming ARRL DX SSB and CQ WPX SSB   
   contests.  QSL both calls via W5JON.   
      
   TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS, VP5.  Stan, AC8W, Jim, KB8TXZ and Lee,   
   N8LJ are QRV as VP5/home calls from Providenciales Island, IOTA   
   NA-002, until February 23.  They will be active as VQ5D in the ARRL   
   DX CW contest.  QSL VQ5D via AC8W and all others to home calls.   
      
   CAMBODIA, XU.  Peter, NO2R will be QRV as XU7ACY from Sihanoukville   
   in the ARRL DX CW contest as a Single Op/All Band/Lower Power entry.   
   QSL via W2EN.   
      
   CAYMAN ISLANDS, ZF.  John, K6AM is QRV as ZF2AM until the end of   
   February.  This includes entries in the ARRL DX CW contest and the   
   upcoming CQ 160-Meter SSB contest.  Before and after the contests he   
   is active on the newer bands.  QSL to home call.   
      
   THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL International DX CW Contest,   
   Russian World Wide PSK Contest, Feld Hell Sprint, AWA Amplitude   
   Modulation QSO Party are all on tap for this weekend.  The Run for   
   the Bacon QRP CW Contest is scheduled for February 21.  The SKCC CW   
   Sprint and QRP CW Fox Hunt are scheduled for February 23.  Please
