   This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by   
   NC1L, The Daily DX, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, INDX, Contest Corral   
   from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks   
   to all.   
      
   RODRIGUES ISLANDS, 3B9.  Slavo, SP2JMB and Bogdan, SP2FUD are QRV as   
   3B9/homecalls and will be QRV in the CQ WPX RTTY contest.  QSL to   
   home calls.   
      
   KENYA, 5Z.  Sig, NV7E is QRV as 5Z4EE for the next four years.  He   
   is active on 160 to 10 meters.  This includes entries in all the   
   major contests.  QSL to home call.   
      
   CANARY ISLANDS, EA8.  Per, LA5EAA will be QRV as EA8/homecall from   
   Gomera Island and then from Tenerife Island from February 13 to 26.   
   QSL to home call.  In addition, special event callsign EG8ISS will   
   be QRV from February 12 to March 11 to publicize the first ARISS   
   school contact performed from the Canary Islands.  Activity will be   
   on 40 to 10 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY, SSTV and PSK31, and on 2   
   meters FM and various amateur satellites.  QSL via EG8ISS.   
      
   MARIANA ISLANDS, KH0.  Some members of the Mariana Friendship Club   
   will be QRV as W0S from February 15 to 22 to celebrate the silver   
   jubilee of the cooperation between the Marianas High School in   
   Saipan and the Seisa Group in Japan.  Activity will be on 160 to 10   
   meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL via JA1HGY.   
      
   BONAIRE, PJ4.  Roger, N4RR is QRV as PJ4/homecall.  Activity is on   
   80 to 15 meters using RTTY.  He will be active as PJ4R in the CQ WPX   
   RTTY contest.  QSL to home call.   
      
   SURINAME, PZ.  Serge, RX3APM will be QRV as PZ5P from Paramaribo   
   from February 15 to 22.  Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters using   
   CW and SSB.  This includes an entry in the upcoming ARRL DX CW   
   contest.  QSL via UA4LU.   
      
   WEST KIRIBATI, T30.  Operators Bill, N7OU and Bob, W7YAQ are QRV as   
   T30OU and T30YA, respectively, from Tarawa Island, IOTA OC-017,   
   until February 22.  Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using mostly CW   
   with some SSB and RTTY.  They will also be an entry in the upcoming   
   ARRL DX CW contest as T30YA as a Multi/Single entry.  QSL to home   
   calls.   
      
   PALAU, T8.  Mike, JA6EGL and Hiro, JA6KYU are QRV as T88SM and   
   T88HS, respectively, until February 15.  Activity is on 80 to 6   
   meters using CW and SSB.  QSL direct to home calls.   
      
   GUATEMALA, TG.  David, N6HD will be QRV as TG7/homecall from   
   February 15 to March 7.  Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters using   
   CW and SSB.  QSL to home call.   
      
   CAMEROON, TJ.  A group of operators are QRV as TJ9PF from Kribi   
   until February 20.  Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB,   
   RTTY and PSK with six stations active.  QSL via F5OGL.   
        
   CHAD, TT.  Baldur, DJ6SI will be QRV as TT8DX from February 14 to   
   24.  Activity is on the HF bands using mostly CW.  QSL to home call.   
      
   BELIZE, V3.  Torsten, DG7RO is QRV as V31TF until March 1.  Activity   
   is holiday style on 160 to 10 meters using SSB and RTTY with some   
   CW.  This includes possibly being active as V31GW in the CQ WPX RTTY   
   contest, and the upcoming ARRL DX CW and CQ WW 160-Meter SSB   
   contests.  QSL via operator's instructions.   
      
   VIET NAM, XV.  Pavel, OK1FPS is QRV as XV2FPS from Chu Ci until   
   February 15.  Activity is generally on 30 and 40 meters.  QSL to   
   home call.   
      
   NEW ZEALAND, ZL.  Members of the Papakura Radio Club Branch 65 in   
   South Auckland are QRV using special event callsign ZL50VK until   
   March 31 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the club.  QSL via   
   ZL1VK.   
      
   OPERATION APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  The following operation is   
   approved for DXCC credit:  Rwanda, 9X0SP, 2010 operation.  If you   
   had this operation rejected in a recent application, send a note to   
   dxcc@arrl.org to have your record updated.   
      
   THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The CQ World Wide RTTY WPX Contest,   
   North American SSB Sprint, QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC Sprint CW Ladder,   
   YLRL YL-OM Contest, PODXS 070 Club Valentine PSK31 Sprint, SARL   
   Field Day Contest, Asia-Pacific CW Spring Sprint, Dutch PACC   
   Contest, KCJ Topband CW Contest, Louisiana QSO Party, OMISS SSB QSO   
   Party, New Hampshire QSO Party, FISTS Winter CW Sprint, RSGB 1st 1.8   
   MHz Contest, SKCC Weekend CW Sprint and the Classic Phone Exchange   
   will certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming weekend.  The ARRL   
   School Club Roundup runs from February 14 to 18.  The QRP CW Fox   
   Hunt and AGCW Semi-Automatic Key CW Evening are scheduled for   
   February 16.  The RSGB 80-meter Club Data Championship is scheduled

   guidelines at the above shown address.  IF you have access to   
   shareware programs that would be useful to radio amateurs,   
   or other files which may be appropriate use the back channel   
   area to submit them.  IF you are not sure how to accomplish this
