   This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by   
   NC1L, The Daily DX, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, INDX, Contest Corral   
   from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks

   TONGA, A3.  Akira, JA1NLX is QRV as A35AY from Fafa Island, IOTA   
   OC-049, until February 9.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using CW   
   and RTTY.  QSL to home call.   
      
   BAHAMAS, C6.  Randy, W6SJ is QRV as C6AWS from Grand Bahama Island,   
   IOTA NA-001, until February 9.  Activity is holiday style on all HF   
   bands using CW.  QSL to home call.  In addition, Drew, N2RFA will be   
   QRV as C6ABB from Nassau, IOTA NA-001, from February 7 to 17.   
   Activity will be on 80, 40, 20 and 17 meters using RTTY, PSK31 and   
   possibly SSTV.  QSL to home call.   
      
   MAYOTTE, FH.  Bruno, DH1BL is QRV as FH4VOS from Combani, IOTA   
   AF-027, for the next three years.  Lately he has been active on 20   
   meters using SSB.  QSL via DL7BC.   
      
   NEW CALEDONIA, FK.  Operators Hermann, DL2NUD and Stefan, DL9GRE are   
   QRV as FK/homecalls until February 15.  Activity is on 2 meters, 70   
   cm and 23 cm EME, and on the HF bands, respectively.  QSL to home   
   calls.   
      
   PANAMA, HP.  Operators DL2BP and DJ2ST will be QRV as HP1/homecalls   
   from Contadora Island, IOTA NA-072, from February 6 to 17.  Activity   
   will be on 80 to 10 meters.  QSL both calls via DL2BP.   
      
   ST LUCIA, J6.  Operators DF2SS and DL1VKE will be QRV as   
   J6/homecalls from February 5 to 17.  Activity will be on 160 to 10   
   meters using CW, SSB and RTTY with two stations active.  QSL to home   
   calls.   
      
   JAPAN, JA.  Special event station 8J6S is QRV until March 31 to   
   celebrate the full opening of the Kyushu Shinkansen Bullet Train,   
   completing the connection between Hakata and Shin-Yatsushiro.  QSL   
   via bureau.   
      
   SVALBARD, JW.  Operators LA8HGA and LA8AJA are QRV as JW8HGA and   
   JW8AJA, respectively, from Longyearbyen, IOTA EU-026, until February   
   18.  Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using mostly CW with some SSB   
   and RTTY.  QSL via operators' instructions.   
      
   PAPUA NEW GUINEA, P2.  Allan, VK2GR and Josette, VK2FXGR are QRV as   
   P29CW from the North and Middle Fly River areas of the remote area   
   of Kiunga, IOTA OC-034, until early September while working for the   
   organization Australian Doctors International.  Activity is on 80 to   
   10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY in their spare time.  QSL via   
   VK2IR.   
      
   NETHERLANDS, PA.  Special event station PD04ISLE is QRV during 2011   
   from the nature reserve on the Isle of Tiengemeten, IOTA EU-146.   
   QSL via operators' instructions.   
      
   SAO TOME AND PRINCIPE, S9.  A group of operators are QRV as S9DX   
   until February 17.  Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using mostly CW   
   and RTTY and some SSB with two stations active.  This includes being   
   an entry in the upcoming CQ WPX RTTY contest.  QSL via DL1RTL.   
      
   WEST KIRIBATI, T30.  Udo, DL9HCU is QRV as T30HC from Tarawa Island,   
   IOTA OC-017.  His length of stay is unknown.  Activity of late has   
   been on 20 meters using CW around 0600z.  QSL to home call.   
      
   PALAU, T8.  Bob, 5B4AGN is QRV as T88ZM until February 8.  Activity   
   is on the HF bands using only CW.  QSL via M0URX.   
      
   NAMIBIA, V5.  Several members of the Lufthansa Amateur Radio Club   
   will be QRV as V55DLH from Omaruru from February 5 to 12.  Activity   
   will be on 160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY, SSTV and PSK.  QSL   
   via DK8ZZ.   
      
   CANADA, VE.  VA1 and VE1 stations in Nova Scotia may use the   
   prefixes CJ1 and CK1, respectively, during February to celebrate the   
   Canada Games held in Halifax during this time.   
                
   THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  10-10 International Phone Winter   
   Contest, Mexico RTTY International Contest, QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC CW   
   Sprint Ladder, YL-ISSB CW and RTTY QSO Party, EPC World Wide BPSK63   
   DX Contest, Black Sea Cup International, Vermont QSO Party,   
   Minnesota QSO Party, FYBO Winter QRP Sprint, AGCW CW Straight Key   
   Party, British Columbia QSO Party, Delaware QSO Party, North   
   American CW Sprint and the RSGB 80-Meter Club SSB Championship will   
   certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming weekend.  The ARS   
   Spartan CW Sprint is scheduled for February 8.  The NAQCC Straight   
   Key/Bug CW Sprint, CWops Mini-CWT CW Test, NAQCC-EU Monthly CW   
   Sprint and QRP CW Fox Hunt are scheduled for February 9.  Please see
