   we're doing well, paul... i just made some "very" country chicken gizzard and   
   hearts with buttermilk biscuit dumplings soup for dinner ;) probably gonna   
   have sea food stuffs tomorrow, i think... either monster or large shrimp with   
   sea scollops and possibly salmon or trout... might make it a "surf-n-turf" and   
   do something hoofed, too ;)
